Pricing
Are insurance and the chip included in the monthly fee?
No. On every plan, in Lisbon and in Porto, insurance and the chip are compulsory and paid separately from the monthly fee.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The minimum term is 3 months.
How is the monthly fee paid?
Monthly payment by direct debit is compulsory.
Can I pause my monthly plan?
Yes. You can pause for up to 2 months per school year. The request to pause has to reach us by the 15th of the month before.
How do I cancel my enrolment?
The request to cancel has to reach us by the 15th of the month before — the same deadline that applies to pausing your plan. Do bear the 3-month minimum term in mind as well.
Is there a discount with a Cartão Jovem (youth card)?
Yes. The Cartão Jovem plan is for ages 16 to 25 and gives unlimited visits with no time restrictions: €55 a month on the Lisbon price list and €49 a month on the Porto one. Always check the current prices on the pricing page.
Classes
Can I have a trial class before I sign up?
Yes, by appointment. Leave us your name, email and phone, tell us which Jazzy you'd like to dance at, and our team will get in touch to book your trial class.
What times can I go to classes on my plan?
It depends on the plan. Livre trânsito and Cartão Jovem have no time restriction and no limit on visits. The 1x week (5 visits a month) and 2x week (9 visits a month) plans give you access to classes Monday to Friday from 2pm and to every class on Saturdays and Sundays. The Weekend plan is unlimited but only on Saturdays and Sundays, and the Mornings pack covers classes Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.

Is my plan valid at every Jazzy school?
The Livre trânsito, Cartão Jovem, 1x week and 2x week plans on the Lisbon price list are valid at every school, in Lisbon and in Porto. The Weekend and Mornings packs are valid in Lisbon only. The plans on the Porto price list are valid at Jazzy Porto only.
Is there a minimum age for these plans?
Yes. The plans on these price lists are for ages 16 and over, and the Cartão Jovem is for ages 16 to 25. For children and young people there is Jazzy Kids & Teens — tell us that's the one you'd like to dance at and we'll send you the details.
