You enrol in one class and the place is yours every week. It renews on its own, you cancel within the notice period, you freeze it for the holidays. The first class is on us.

How it works

When is the membership charged?
On the renewal day, by the method you chose. You can change it in your account.
And if I want to stop?
Cancel within your plan's notice period and it ends with the month you paid for.
I went on holiday.
Freeze the membership from your account, within the plan's yearly allowance.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, a receipted invoice the moment you pay, with your tax number if you want one.
Can I pay at the desk?
Yes: card, MB Way or cash. The enrolment is the same.
Are insurance and the chip included in the monthly fee?

No. On every plan, in Lisbon and in Porto, insurance and the chip are compulsory and paid separately from the monthly fee.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The minimum term is 3 months.

How is the monthly fee paid?

Monthly payment by direct debit is compulsory.

Can I pause my monthly plan?

Yes. You can pause for up to 2 months per school year. The request to pause has to reach us by the 15th of the month before.

How do I cancel my enrolment?

The request to cancel has to reach us by the 15th of the month before — the same deadline that applies to pausing your plan. Do bear the 3-month minimum term in mind as well.

Is there a discount with a Cartão Jovem (youth card)?

Yes. The Cartão Jovem plan is for ages 16 to 25 and gives unlimited visits with no time restrictions: €55 a month on the Lisbon price list and €49 a month on the Porto one. Always check the current prices on the pricing page.
